DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Please save your money and perhaps your life. I went with my young sister who is not a good swimmer it took us an hour to get there and It was expensive!!! My sister got stuck under a part of the inflatable toy and i was also stuck so couldn't help her. She was struggling so I told her to swim underneath because she called out numerous times to a lifeguard that was a teenager chatting up one of the other young teenager. He then proceeded to yell at my sister who I was comforting as she almost drown being stuck she was crying and he yelled at her to swim to shore. She was already tired and exhausted and was being forced to shore. My father then told the lady at the desk that the lifeguard did not help her and she was struggling for the lady to yell at him and her son yell at my dad and call him a f word head and f words of all kind of disgusting language. My sister was distraught as this was very wrong. We then were pushed out by security for being a nuscance when my little sister is crying and my dad is upset and trying to state his idea about safety. This was so poor. It wasted my $30 and I don't want anyone to DROWN!!! So please don't go here. Can't even believe...
Read moreWe visited as part of the MiniSplash. Disappointed overall. The initial training was directed only to those going on the adult course. Those on the MiniSplash course were pretty much ignored. Only five activities for the little ones, which required constant hands-on supervisor involvement even for the five year old. Activities were not connected to each other as we saw the adult course was, so parents were walking in sludge on the ocean floor. Two of the five activities were moored too far out, meaning I was in water up to my chest, attempting to help small children on a floating slide well above my head. We left early due to stinging sea lice (NOT their fault, though it would have been nice to have been told the sea lice were there BEFORE we paid), and not one staff member asked why we were out early, if there was anything wrong, or if they could assist us. I asked for the hose to wash off, and was just pointed in the general direction of it, when we had seen previous groups be assisted with that as well as removing life jackets. Overall, I would possibly go again as part of the adult course, but wouldn't recommend it for those with...
Read moreSo much fun! The adults loved it as much as the kids! There is plenty to do to fill 50 minutes easily, some super challenging obstacles, and some easier. The slides are insane fun! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We've been twice now and will go again. We even managed to feature in the promo video :) Make sure to arrive at least 20 mins before the hour so you can pay, do your waiver (or do it online, it's faster), get your life jacket and listen to the briefing. It's pretty hot out on the inflatable, so we wore long sleeve rashies and loaded up on sunscreen. It's a decent workout, so you'd want to have reasonable health and fitness. A great way to burn energy...
