My five star today belongs to the one of the best customer service I have Experienced in 52 years. At around 3:20 pm Sunday 7th April 2024 the young lady who served me and my family has demonstrated the most perfectionist customer Service you could learn from the best customer service hospitality colleges and organisations in the world. From the welcome greeting to farewell goodbye and everything in between From body language, professional behaviour, communication, Face expression, to willing to go out of her way to make customer happy, was amazing and so genuine. I congratulate Management of this store for hiring a person like that and I hope they can see this person of been a valuable to their business.

Read moreI took my 4 and 5 year old girls to get some delicious ice-cream at about 3pm last week. Only one staff member was on. I asked for our order and she was busy finishing something up on her phone so had to repeat the order twice more. As we sat in the store and ate our ice-cream i noticed that the music they were playing in the store appeared to have quite a few, ahem, inappropriate lyrics. Read moreI've been to this store 3 times now on occasions that are spread far apart and each time have been, I was served by a teenage girl with a bad attitude problem. Working in hospitality is all about customer service which is clearly lacking as I have left the store thinking I have somehow inconvenienced her. Also, while working with food it is under the health and safety act that hair nets must be worn and gloves must be used.
