Indian Brothers Restaurant — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Firstly, it came approx half an hour late. We ordered at 12 and the delivery time was 1:39. It actually came around 2:15ish. We were very hungry but The food was of the lowest quality possible. We threw away approx 60% of the food. The papadams were weird in taste. It had a weird bad back taste. The starter had the same problem. Probably both were cooked in a bad oil. The naans were alright but the curry, WOW, it was pretty much tasteless. The curry had tomato paste, creme n lots of food color. The color is still there in between my fingers. And yes, there was pretty much no indian spice in it. Finally the rice, wow how could you serve this sort of rice? I dont expect long grain but this was utter rubbish. WE WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER...

Barely acceptable. Most of the selections in the hot plate looked old and stale and had skin on the top. I had chicken vindaloo which was not genuine as it had no trace of the signature vinegar that this dish is based on. The chicken was nice, but when free of the sauce it was obvious it had not been marinated it anything. It was however suitably hot though apart from chilli, all it tasted of was salt. I had been here before, just after it opened, and had a very bad experience with service and although this seems to have improved, the quality of the food I received means I will not go back again. I don't know how I feel about this. Recently went into Indian brothers and I saw this sign I quote ;

*Give us a good review on google, show us on a counter, get a can of soft drink ☺

I don't think it's right that you're bribing your customers with a free drink to get good reviews. It does not sit well with me. It makes me question every review on your Google maps page.

Maybe don't offer free drinks and instead of a good customer service Great food and a good atmosphere and then maybe with a little hard work you'll get...
