Food was good. Staff were getting verbally abused by what appeared to be the owners. could tell the store was rather busy and the kitchen appeared to be very busy so I didn't mind waiting a little. However, there was a older female who were yelling at the staff unreasonably and I felt awfully sorry for them. Wont be getting my service again and I hope the staff move on soon. This was the second time I have come to this store. The first time, there was a young girl there whom I was very worried about as she appeared to be there by herself and was running the whole place. Well done guys. Excellent burgers and extremely fresh the meat was fresh lettuce was crispy and plentiful. The only thing I might suggest is maybe some barbecue onions on the burgers. I also love the raw onions on the burger too. We got hamburgers on Thursday night the young gentleman possibly the son of the owner was extremely eager keen friendly and enthusiastic. Next time we’re in the area will definitely call in for the loaded fries🤩 and more burgers . I don’t like salt on my food, but the only suggestion maybe ask the customers if they’d like a little bit of salt and pepper on the meat patty. I've been coming in for six weeks as I do assessments in Clontarf as I like your burgers. I came in yesterday with another trainer to get lunch we walked in no one asked us to check in or if we had been fully vaccinated! We ordered three pulled burgers the lady at the counter took our order and our money with checking in! We then said we were going to use the toilet and that's when we were told we couldn't use the toilet without checking in! So the question I have is?
