Chatime North Lakes — Attraction in Greater Brisbane

Terrible customer service experience. I love chatime and all their flavours. I'm a regular customer at North lakes QLD Westfield shop. Today morning I went their around 9.30 am and I was the only customer she had. I greet her a with a fully smiley face and in return got an annoying expression from the girl and didn't even greet me back. Whole time she served me with a grumpy face. Even when she served me with my milk tea she just gave it to me like I'm a dirt. This is the third time this type of incident happened to me with this girl. She just destroyed my whole happy mood. I know it's not easy to work in a customer service field because I'm also working in this field. But the first thing I learned working in this field is no matter what kind of situation you are in, we need to greet the customer with a smile. One simple smile to another can change a lot. I hope this won't happen again to me or any other customers. That's why I decided to write a review. But chatime I love your milk tea...

Yesterday afternoon I tried this place for the first time. Poor service. I was served by a girl with black hair. I walked up said hello. I was ignored while she continued to do the finishing touches to a drink to pass it over to a customer (The only other person there). When served I didn't get a polite greeting or smile just negative heavy attitude like she didn't want to be taking my order. She seemed grumpy like she didn't want to be there. Didn't ask what size I wanted. I've worked in hospitality for 8 years and if I wanted to show someone an example of how not to serve people she would be a perfect example. Even if I'm having a bad day at work I'm still professional and nice to customers.

The tea isn't that special; with bad service and a bubble tea shop 2 minute walk away I'd go to the other place which i usually do but they were closed and I'd thought id try chatime for a first time. will not...

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. There were 4 girls at your North Lakes store “working” today. They were more interested in their phones and chatting that actually serving people. After standing there for a while they finally decided to serve me while continue to all chat together meaning she completely missed my order as she was more interested in her workmates phone that taking my order. They then all went back to phone and chatting instead of making the drinks till they noticed me and another customer getting irritated so finally made the drinks. Got my order completely wrong and the other customer was also so disgusted as when I mentioned my order was wrong and can they fix it I was met with attitude and eye rolls from the one who served me.
