Frenchy's Bubble Tea — Attraction in Hillarys

We arrived at 8:50 today and tried to order bubble tea, there was a man infront of us who had just been served yet the woman declined to serve me and said they were closing. She was extremely rude and wasn’t apologetic nor polite about it. Then when I checked the closing time it saids 9:30? I am confused on why I was refused to be served if the closing time was 40 minutes away…

response: You’re more than welcome to check the cameras, I had arrived before 9pm. Your staff didn’t apologise she just said “we’re closed” then turned her back and started cleaning. Not one word came out of my mouth when she refused to serve us so there’s no way I could’ve abused her, I said okay and walked out. I didn’t “storm” out and its condescending to say so, immature to say about a customer if you're a business. All your responses to reviews have been blaming the customer and being passive aggressive. This is an immaturely run business. You’re at fault for not changing your times online and it shouldn’t be my job to inform you of your own trading hours just so I can get served, the doors were open so any person can easily assume that you guys are open especially if there’s someone inside still being served....

I ordered a jasmine green tea and when it came it had milk, I told the lady I can't drink this I'm lactose intolerant and she said it's what I ordered. I knew I was lactose intolerant before I ordered. Why would I ask for a milk tea? I asked for a refund but she refused so I just paid for something I can't even drink. They were horrible the first time I visited but I thought I would give a second try and if I could give less than one star this business would get...

The prices displayed are not accurate. Bubble Milk Tea is priced at $5.40 for a small one-cup size but when ordered was priced over $6. Why? I have purchased Original milk tea with pearls many, many times in Perth and Asia and it always has a predictable taste. Frenchy's tea is too sweet. I suggest they ask the customer if they want traditional original milk tea or sugar added. I didn't enjoy the drink I purchased today. I don't like...
