Small batch artisanal gelato - all made in house by hand by the owner trained in Italy. You might even see her working up some batches in the back if you're early enough on a Tuesday or Friday!

Fresh from scratch - there is NO skimping on flavors here. It all comes from FRESH ingredients and a lot of it. I've seen it. You can literally TASTE it. The owner has huge pride in quality and it delivers!

Has a modest storefront that, upon further inspection, is basically all the awards this shop has won for their high quality product.

You might even catch the owner's parents in the shop, which I think just ups the adorable charm of this place. :)

Though the clientele may mostly be families and little children, these flavors are truly exciting for those with a refined palate, like the saffron rose pistachio or the marscapone w homemade honey fig or the white peach bellini. (My fave was still the cookies n cream chock full of Oreos, though lol)

Im not sure what was more disspointing. The lack of flavour and "wow" in the Salted Caramel or the grumpy attitude from the Shop Attendant, who, despite completely ignoring a very simple request of scooping from a particular part of the tub, didnt even have the customer service skills to say thanks (for our custom) It was like us coming into the shop and spending $16 on 2 ice creams was a major inconvenience in her day. It's alamost like seh was expecting an apology for us asking for soemthing different. She certainly wasn't prepared to meet a simple request, so much so, when I realised she wasn't, I asked politley again and she made a point to do the exact opposite. I visited Milk Barrel Ice Cream recently, and while the ice cream was undeniably good, the service was awful. The staff were unfriendly, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no smile.

It’s frustrating to spend money at a place where the employees clearly don’t care about customer service. The ice cream might be great, but the bad attitude from the staff completely ruined the experience. Honestly, it’s hard to enjoy your dessert when you feel unwelcome.
