When we arrived, there is no desk to approach or anyone greeting people, there was 3 groups of people waiting with staff walking back and forth in front of us and we were all blocking the entrance unfortunately. Our booking was for 1pm, we arrived at 12:50. Once we were shown to our table, it was only half set and only had 2 chairs. After we sorted the chairs and cutlery and plates out we received our bottomless brunch pretty quickly which was great. But we had someone with us that was GF. The girl serving apologised and we asked if the GF guest could get a seperate meal, I also let her know I had emailed before we booked and was told we would be able to request a GF meal. She went back to the kitchen to sort it out. About 15 minutes passed before she came back and had given us the meal meant for the table next to us. Staff then tried to give this meal to the other table after it had been sitting there for atleast 15 minutes, understandably they requested a new meal. A server then came to take our order at about 1:20pm, it then took over 20 minutes to even get our drinks. The food was amazing and our GF guest got so much food, we were so happy with the food!
Unfortunately the 4 people tables are just too small for the bottomless brunch and we had to sit our wine on the floor to have enough room to be able to eat. We also found out when we finished and went to pay that you can’t split the bill, I feel as though this would be beneficial to put on your booking emails.
Overall we were pretty disappointed in the service, but the staff were very polite. The food was amazing though, no faults there.
I also emailed this to the cafe 5 days ago with no reply, communication could do with some...

My experience at Turquoise was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere was vibrant yet calm, perfect for a relaxing brunch after a long day. The staff were incredibly sweet, and the chef was kind and personable — it truly felt like a space where people care about your experience.
I ordered the smashed avocado, hot chips, and a gin and tonic — and honestly, it was such a refreshing combo. The food was well-prepared, full of flavour, and presented beautifully. Definitely a step above other cafés in the area — especially in terms of hospitality, which made a huge difference.
If I had one gentle suggestion, it would be to add a variety of herbs or relishes to the smashed avo, like a bit of pomegranate, lemon zest, or tomato chutney to elevate it even more — because it’s already amazing, and that extra touch would make it unforgettable.
Also worth noting: the other brunch platters are generous and beautifully stacked, almost like breakfast towers — perfect for those who love a hearty meal.
Highly recommend Turquoise to anyone looking for a big, satisfying, and soulfully hosted brunch by the water. Can’t...
Read moreWe went here for mother's day and purchased the bottomless breakfast with alcohol option. There were 5 of us and we had a table booked. We waited 10 min to be seated as staff member after staff member said won't be a min. Keep in mind it's mother's day and U have a 2 hour seating period per booking. Eventually was seated with no table water and it took another 10 min to have a staff member attend to us. Then to be told that if some of us were having the bottomless brunch we all had. Even though my son doesn't eat alot and was going to purchase something small and a coffee off the normal menu , we were told he had to pay the $49 for the bottomless which was a waste as he ate 2 sausages half piece toast and a small coffee. 3 of us had the alcohol add on and everytime had to ask for another drink and then the wait for them was about 15min. Coffees were not hot. Food was yummy and staff were very polite but considering it's mother's day and bottomless brunch they wernt very attentive. We had to constantly ask for things. Then only just finished eating and was told we had to leave as there was back to back bookings. Which we get it but it could have been alot better organised. We have had this before at their Wanneroo cafe and service was...
