Turkuaz Mediterranean Restaurant — Restaurant in Hillarys

Turkuaz is simply one of the greatest restaurants ever, due to their incredible service, the very high standard that they hold themselves and their food up to.

As a Turkic person, who clearly knows what great Turkish food tastes like, I can say with full confidence that this restaurant is one of the best hands down, no arguments.

The staff are very friendly and the service is amazing. The presentation is beautiful and the food is very tasty. I have been there for both breakfast and dinner, as well as celebrating my birthday with the great food and ambiance that this place provided with a group of friends, who all enjoyed the food very much.

The breakfast is amazing, with all different varieties of food, a real tasty Turkish breakfast. It is very filling with the amount of bread, cheese, olives, fruits and the long list of delicious foods provided. The tea is epecially amazing and smells incredible. You can see that the staff place a great deal of care and effort in making the food, serving it and that they hold themselves up to a very high standard.

For dinner, they have got different types of dips with plenty of bread to eat. The main dishes are nicely presented and served and taste as delicious as they look. The drinks are great and especially their Ayran tasted fantastic, very authentic. The food is well worth the price and the beautiful view is just one of the many perks of this great restaurant, that nobody should miss out on.

This reastaurant will be here for long years to come, no doubt, as it is just simply incredible.

Went here tonight towards end of service to get a take away desert. The staff seemed flustered and unwelcoming. Was first told I could only eat in and to take a seat. Explained I had to pick up my step daughter so could only do take away. Young girl asked the boss if take away desert was possible he said yes. My first selection was sold out , second couldn't be done apparently because it was a hot dish and they didn't have any take away containers. I'm very sure there were containers over her shoulder but I let it go. Then made a third selection asked if topping could be changed was told no. And then after the boss says something to the young girl she comes back to me and says I'm so sorry we actually don't do take away deserts on the weekend. I was baffled did I imagine the whole interaction until that point. I felt it was very rude behavior and they were being sadistic. I left and said that I had never been to a place that didn't do take away desert only on a weekend and that there behavior was very strange. I was so confused leaving I nearly walked through a window on the way out. The staff thought it was hilarious and started laughing uncontrollably. I looked at them and they just continued laughing while staring me dead...

The ambience and music were very nice and we were so excited to eat there. However, as soon as we sat down there was a broken light flashing brightly in our faces and when we asked the waitress to move us, she said we could not move as the other tables were too big (even though we were one of the only customers in the restaurant). We then explained to the waitress that the light was very distracting, and she said ‘oh it’s always been like that you can just sit at the other side of the table and it won’t affect you’. The food was delicious and we were enjoying eating our meal. Then a shocking large screaming argument broke out from the kitchen. It appeared the staff were fighting and didn’t consider the customers who were trying to eat their meal. This is our first time to ever experience this. It was very unsettling and highly unprofessional and it ruined our chance to relax whilst having dinner. We were very stressed listening to a screaming match occurring in the kitchen which went on for 10 minutes. None of the staff checked on us during this time.
