Came here on my birthday to celebrate not sure if I came on a bad day or if the manager/boss (Paula) was having a bad day but regardless when we went inside we sat down on a free space as we saw another couple sit down freely, however Paula made sure that she chose where we sit and only us which didn't make sense to me as the other couple sat wherever they wanted to. The couple was white and me and my girlfriend are asian so we didn't want to assume anything. The weather was also abit hot so we requested if we could sit onto he table near the fan but in the most passive aggressive way Paula said "if it's not set up you can't sit there" which in my head does not make sense at all as I myself work in a restaurant business its nice for the customers to be allowed to sit anywhere regardless of setting up or not plus their setting up is just napkin and utensils. Bare in mind the table wasn't booked nor was it even busy on the day we went. In addition to this, after being seated my girlfriend spotted another white couple come in and sat wherever they wanted which didn't make any sense to me and my girlfriend. We do not want to prejudice Paula for racism but surely letting two white couples sit wherever they want and not letting an Asian couple sit near a fan is pure coincidence. The ventilation inside is poor and so is the atmosphere the floors are sticky and so are the tables. The lights are very dim. For the food we had it was Mediocre at best. The 40$ 250g sirloin steak was not even seasoned at all it tasted so bland. The fries are just fries. We also ordered the brisket burger which was alright. The buns however were really burnt. In addition to this the amount you get for a 5$ sprite is crazy it's at most 3/4 of a can as you only get a medium glass size not a pint size. Only positive i can really give about this place is the one waitress that helped us not Paula. And if you are reading this Paula I hope the reason you acted like this was cause you had a bad day because if this is how you treat and prejudice customers you should be ashamed of yourself. Future customers please be cautious i recommend the restaurants...

Upon entering, the ambiance is welcoming with its cozy decor and attentive staff. However, one peculiar aspect of the dining experience stood out - the unusual system for ordering drinks. Instead of letting customers order beers directly, they insist that the waiter handles the selection process. This might seem like a quaint attempt to personalize the service, but it can also feel restrictive, especially for those accustomed to choosing their own beverages.
Moving to the food, Three sheets excels in offering a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. From appetizers to main courses, each dish is crafted with care and attention to detail. The presentation is impeccable, showcasing a blend of flavors that harmonize well on the palate.
Service-wise, the staff at three sheets are friendly and knowledgeable, eager to guide patrons through the menu and make recommendations based on individual preferences. Despite the unusual beer-ordering policy, they are efficient and ensure that guests are well taken care of throughout the meal.
In terms of pricing, three sheets hillarys falls within the mid-range category, offering good value for the quality of food and service provided. While the quirky beer-ordering system might not suit everyone, it adds a distinctive touch to the overall dining experience.
Overall, three sheets is worth a visit for its delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and attentive service. Just be prepared to let go of your usual beer-ordering habits and trust the capable hands of the waitstaff to make a selection that complements your...
