Shepherds Bush Park Playground — Attraction in Kingsley

Kingsley pump track and dirt jumps is well made with lots of fun lines, jumps and transfers, although these are not all possible and the place is normally infested with little kids on scooters and bikes. Now I’m not having a go at the kids nor the parents I am just saying that it can potentially be dangerous for younger kids. They also don’t understand that one section is dirt jumps and the other is a pump track, they think that there are big jumps to go faster on and small jumps to learn on, although this is incorrect as most riders who know what they are doing will be faster around a pump track than dirt jumps.

A local park that caters for younger children with a new playground and a safe cycle track created with roads to follow, stop signs etc, an excellent way to teach under 10s basic safety when riding a bike. Teenagers are catered for as well with an adjacent “ pump & jump” track for bmx riding. It has 3 tracks rated from easy to hard. There is also a new lockable toilet facility, and a bicycle repair station to assist kids and adults with running repairs to their bikes. A variety of tools are available for use. They finally added a toilet!!!!! Seriously that was the only thing missing from this park, and one of the reasons that we haven't been back there in so long. But now there's a toilet here, you can actually go there for an extended length of time with the kids and actually enjoy it!
