Sadly, the only Czech from this bakery is its name. I used to buy good quality products there. However, my last visit was very disappointing, the bakery lowered their standards to Colsworths level but with premium prices. My absolute favorite poppy seed and walnut strudels were made by someone who tried to copy these traditional pastries but didn't know how to make them. I am regular buyer of the brioche platter bread at the Joondalup outlet. My family loves it for two reasons. One, the taste is very close to our native bread. Two, its freshness and softness. There Gluten Free Bread is really good it’s the only on my 85 year old mother likes if I could find it somewhere else I would.
