After finding out I was a 10GG (not 12G anymore), I struggled to find my size—most stores like Bras N Things and Bendon don’t stock above a G. Every store I went to recommended Silk Elegance, and now I fully get why!

From the moment I called (in advance before going to ensure they had what I was after), the service was amazing—so helpful and kind.

When I finally made the jump and visited, Maryanne gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She genuinely cared, made sure I tried on different sizes and styles, and helped me understand how sizing varies (10G in some styles, 10GG in others!).

Bonus: I finally found a strapless bra that actually supports me—no slipping, no stress—and I can’t wait to revive my outfit game! 😆 Yes, the bras are a bit pricey and sales are rare (in my size anyways), but honestly, it’s coin well spent. I left feeling confident, excited, and cared for.

Edit: I have visited Silk Elegance quite a few times now. I’ve been lucky to always get Vanessa as the sales person helping me out. She is absolutely incredible at her job. She will find me the perfect bra every time I’m there and always makes me feel comfortable and good about myself. She really listens to what I’m looking for and will always find me multiple options to try on. Highly recommend this shop.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have a large cup size with small band, and it's impossible to find bras that fit anymore. But this is the place, they had more range than I ever expected! Narelle assisted me and she had more knowledge and attention to detail than I was even aware of. With her guidance, I got the perfect fit with the best designs that suited my preferences.
