Ordered 12 drinks thru the app, there was no option at checkout for a 10c bag, so i didnt know we needed to buy a bag. I recently visited Gong Cha Caroline Springs and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm smiles and welcoming atmosphere.

This was my third time here, and I was really hoping things would be different — but unfortunately, the drinks were just as disappointing as before. I ordered through the app and requested no ice in one of the three drinks, but the staff added ice anyway, saying there wasn’t enough milk tea to fill the large cup.
