I ordered through Uber, the first time I got the food the had put an open milkshake in the same bag and it got over EVERYTHING, they also gave me and out of date dessert.

However I called them and explained, they were very sorry and I reordered everything. (I did get a full refund for the messed up food)

The second time I got the food everything was good but it just put a bad taste in my mouth from the first time ordering.

Just putting this here in hope they fix this for the future.

Wow, what a lack of care and disregard. First of all the first time you put the milkshake in the same bad without a lid and sticker on the drink.

The second time you put it in a second bag and you put the sticker on the lid which you didn't do the first time, that's not on the Uber driver that's on your lack of care.

Another thing, you gave me AN OUT OF DATE DESSERT. How is that the Uber drivers fault?

You clearly could have admitted the mistake and tried to make it better but you didn't, you blamed the Uber driver for your mistakes which you could have fixed. Putting the drink separately or putting a lid on it, checking dates on food. However you have blamed everything on Uber instead of admitting your mistakes. Terrible business and will never ever eat from here again.

I urge everyone to never eat from here....

So came here Thurs 6pm 10/07 , Walked in no one else in store , The girl behind the counter just looked at me then ignored me. I rang the bell at the counter & she continued to ignore me.Possibly couldn,t hear the bell due to the loud obnoxious music playing instore. I was just about to leave , when she acknowledged my existence . Personality of a dead battery . I was pleasant & engaged with her , still no sign of pleasant customer service . She took my order 2 x pride burgers & regular fries . Took my payment, then I suggested i return in 10 minutes , she replied no !20 minutes. I returned after 15 minute & order was received , still no pleasantries . Now for the food , Fries were great , Burgers were good but not great , Patties are mushy & burgers only luke warm , maybe if i collected in 10 minutes like i suggested they might have been hot .Oh & Bacon , these Burgers need Bacon. !!! Anyways everyone deserves a second chance , so I will try another day , Hopefully i will be...

The owners of this business GET IT 🤩🔥 The super loud tunes with good vibes pumping inside and also throughout the whole street + genuinely kind and helpful customer service from 2 young lads, all smiles and no attitude + Broad menu with lots of Options (essentially just the same flavour combos on top of different types of carbs 😉😅👌🏼) I was sat next to 6 young lads who starting dancing in their seats whilst sleepily eating - and it was contagious. 🥳

I’ve lived in Sydney & on the Gold Coast. This place would clean upppp there 🤑💸💸🙏🏼 This place is a Viiibbeee. Need to expand to more populated areas. You’ve nailed the business model 👌🏼
