Was at the library on the 14th of December 2020 and got up to use the photocopier machine the machine ran out of paper and old gentleman sat down at the computer I was using his excuse was he didn't realise I was using it when in actual fact he was changing all my information please very weary at this library because even the staff don't care. Also where are the services in Dromana (why do) the elderly population have to travel further to use library services for Rosebud and Hastings and Mornington why do they have to take their grandchildren all the way to a library that have Toy Library's available it looks like the Council have to really look into some issues to really find out where and when they need...
