In my 12 years in Point Cook Ive seen this centre evolve from a nice place to shop with a variety of shops into basically big brands and Indian restaurants. The Super Clinic has gone which was quite a blow. Recently they re-painted the parents with prams carparks to be narrower, I dont believe any of the people who made that decision have tried to get a baby out of a car seat or understand the amount of room you need to do this. Not enough security, teenage hooligans have made the Woolworths undercover carpark basically a no go zone. Every trip I see kids riding bikes or electric scooters inside the centre and almost cleaning up parents with children. Would be nice to feel safer shopping at my local! Im editing my review to add they do have good activities for the kids during school holidays and my boys enjoyed looking at the safari animals (even though some were a little 'worn n torn') and the colouring book and wooden masks were a hit.

Fantastic New Space at Stockland Point Cook! The newly completed *Meet, Dine, and Play* area at Stockland Point Cook is a game-changer! The space looks amazing and brings such a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere to the shopping center. It's wonderful to see how this upgrade has activated the space, making it more inclusive and comfortable for everyone. The additional seating and dining facilities are a huge plus, especially for the food court area. It's now so much easier to find a spot to relax and enjoy a meal, whether you’re dining solo, catching up with friends, or wrangling little ones. For parents, this is a dream—a dedicated hangout area that’s functional and family-friendly. It’s also a fantastic spot for anyone needing a break from shopping or just looking for a comfortable place to spend time. Well done, Stockland! This thoughtful upgrade has truly enhanced the experience for the whole community.

Stockland Point Cook is a great shopping centre with a nice mix of stores, cafés, and services. It’s clean, modern, and easy to get around, whether you’re doing your weekly groceries or just browsing. There’s a good range of shops — from Coles, Woolworths, and Target to plenty of smaller specialty stores — plus lots of great food options. The centre is well maintained, with plenty of seating areas and parking available. The staff in most stores are friendly and helpful, which makes it a pleasant place to visit. A convenient and welcoming local shopping spot for the Point Cook community.

it could be a nice shoping centre but there are just few small shops as mayer or other good shops are not comming here as it is too poor the level and instead of trying to do everything to bring better shops and to elevate the level of the shopping centre, the council puts so high rents that you can imagine here is the best area in melbourne which is not, of course, thanks to this council. It was here a single good, better shop, Harry Scarf. Instead of doing everything to keep them in Point Cook as they were raising shoping centres level, they just raised their rent and of course they closed and left, as they can always find a better place than this but Poubt Cook shopping centre will never find a better shop as the council does not care. They just build houses, no parks, just smaaaaal places between some houses... no better and bigger shopping centre, just houses, if they could put two levels of houses one on thr top of the other, they would. Green areas are dirty, with the cheapest possible plants or with just weeds, dirty, horrible, ugly, cheap. Houses are cheaper and cheaper. Each council in this world tries to put up the level of the suburbs they manage, tries to make them cleaner, greener, with mote green areas, more plants, nice parks, better and nicer houses... and to attract more people, more shops, to make their area better than others. Not Windhsm Council, they do not care at all. They just want money wich they do not use formaking better this suburb. Parks, flowrrs, nice trees, do not bring money, only houses do. So, they build even in the hole next to the freeway... houses, when everubody was expecting to be there a nig, nice park, with barbeques areas, with benches... noooooo, no way.. houses, cheap houses, many, many, everywhere. Windham Council does not care that the trafgic in Point Cook is alrady impossible, that on Palmers you have to stay 45minutes to get on the freeway. They put money in enlarging the street, it is absolutely ridiculous, who had that idea and who founded it have no idea in fact about traffic, there is absolutely 0 logic in what they are doing there. Can be 10 lines before the entrance in freeway.... it is same thing. Thr entrance is only one, but there are people from 10000 houses more than before using it. It is hilarious and it is annoing how they think people are stupid and do not see that they are not doing absolutely anything good for this suburb. 14 years for Christmas there have been same ridiculous trees -one in 3-4 light pols as decoration. So it is obvious it is a veeery poor council, but we have to throu away on totally stupid projects like the one with enlarging the street at palmers freewsy entrance. It is unbeliavable how somebody could think something soooooo stupid. If we want a park they send us to Point Cook coastal park. Another useless area, not at all a park, just a street where you can drive up to a.. so called barbeque area, horrible, horrible, dirty, old, with no grass as nobody takes care of it, just dust and dirt everywhere. The beach is also dirty, smelly, no sand, not a place to stay at least few hours. And you are not allowed with dogs... hahaha... there is not a place where people can stay and not at all where children can play. There are 3 dirty tables, broken, full of dust, i would not take my dog there. That is why nobody is there, ever, nobody feels good there.. So, there are no parks in Point Cook as we need every meter to build other 100000000000 houses. The shopping centre is build for.... 500 houses probably, there are no enough parking areas, not good shops. If we want shoppung, they send us to Werrebee. No, dear Council, we want a big nice park in Point Cook, not in Altona, wr want a big, good, shoppung centre in Point Cook, not in Higj Point, not in Werrebee. But to have a nice, clean suburb, with parks, with good shopping centres we have first to........

A decent sized local shopping centre. If it was for COVID lockdown restrictions there are a decent amount of clothing shops, a couple of jewellery stores, The Reject Shop, a gaming store, handbag shop, book store, a few telecommunication shops, a pharmacy & few specialty ships & deli's. This is all amongst a variety of restaurants, cafe's, & small food court, as well as the big stores comprising of Woolworths, Aldi, Coles & Target. Right next to these shops is also the local Library which has been recently renovated & updated. The whole shopping centre is always clean, (including the public bathrooms & baby change areas) there are a few bench seats & chairs scattered throughout, so if you have shopped so much you need to take a short rest. The whole centre is located right next to a wetlands area with a children's park within easy walking distance, & with a large car park area at each corner of the centre & underground there is rarely a struggle to find parking. The past few years , at times there has been a pop up entertainment area on one section of the main street running through the middle of the shops, there has been some small presentations & activities children can join in with, as well as an outdoor cinema in the evenings. This is not a permanent fixture & doesn't run every year, but when it does it has a nice feel to it, especially the community engagement activities (dancing, fashions of India, live bands - these are a few examples) that highlight some of the multicultural aspects from the range of cultures backgrounds the residents of Point Cook come from, & provides an educational & learning aspect to go along with some family fun. Can make for a nice outing alone, as a couple, or for family's or...

I have been to one of pop up clothing store ( chinese owner i guess ) next to cotton kids along with my daughter who tried 4-5 dresses at the store and returned all the dresses back onto shelves in proper manner , As we were not sure and thought to comeback with her mother next day to finalise. I conveyed same to the shop owner , to our surprise lady rolled her eyes and murmured I dont care ......when asked what's the issue , she said not to come back again on our face ......which was humiliating, insulting. It was really embarrassing in front of daughter and it was shock to her .... Being in the past small business owner I can understand the frustration when sale doesn't go through but to say customer not to return was rude ....... I complained to management of stock land but surprisingly customer service officer after taking the feedback informed as it is tenants property ,, tenant have right to say not to come back ........ pathetic...
