Read moreMake sure you check the price when you purchase something. When I questioned about the pricing the sale person gave me such a bad story of how they pricing. So I have purchased something which supposed to be $34kg. They charge me for $39 for kg. When I have questions about it his poor explanations was such a bad. When I came home and measured it wasn’t even 370g but they have charged me for 550g. Stop deceiving customers. There were another person in front of me being charged incorrectly and he questioned him too. Now when I came back and checked the reviews these look like there common practice! Please people check what you are paying for. Shame on you for deceiving people over their food.

I think owners reply bit out of topic.
I don’t mind paying for the food you sell, but the issue isn't the price—it's the way customers are being charged extra and given incorrect quantities. This deceitful practice is the real problem. I'm not concerned about the cost; I care about getting what I pay for. Instead of explaining the quality, the focus should be on improving your service to ensure customers aren’t being misled or overcharged. It's not about the money; it's about doing the right thing. I urge everyone to double-check their purchases even the product and the bill...

On the day of collection, I called Sweet India to remind them, and they confirmed again that the order would be ready at 5:30 pm.
When I arrived at the store at 5:25 pm on Sunday, I was told the order hadn’t even been started due to being short-staffed. This was extremely disappointing, especially after repeated reminders and their clear commitment. I was assured it would take “5 minutes” as they had just begun making it, but I ended up waiting 25 minutes with no other choice.
I don’t understand why they accepted the order if they knew they couldn’t prepare it on time. They had the opportunity to decline. Instead, it caused a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place if you need something prepared on time. I also noticed several other customers waiting for...
