Absolute no customer service here at all. There are no signs telling customers to wait and be seated. Staffs don't greet you and seat you at all leaving us clueless. So when we tried to get ourselves a seat that was available, it turned out it was someone else's.

If everyone goes straight to grab and pay for their food and kitchen proceeds to make the order, and then we go find ourselves tables then figured no seats were available in the time being, what are you going to do?

Please refer to how Dragon hot pot runs a restaurant. At the very least they do the minimal communications where they have a proper structure of greeting you, asking if dining in or takeaway, how many people is dining in, inform you how long of a wait sometimes or leave cutleries on the table when customers dine in implying the table is taken when we go to grab food and pay. I can't get over how crucial it is to ensure customers gets a seat secured before taking any orders.

Your system is frustrating, everyone wonders around in the store because it's self service.

Your food selection is too little, food name tags aren't there to see what they are, marinated meats are tough, dry and bland, noodles were a tad raw still in the stirfry. Food refill was slow, quite a bit of food items were running out. Soup flavours are fine. Music was too soft making the restaurant quiet and dead.

I wouldn't want to return if there's such a lack of service and average food selections. There are better weighed hot...

A really good and affordable place if you want to have some hotpot. There’s a flat rate of $3.80 per 100g of ingredients so you can pick whatever you want. Personally I found that the meat slices in fridge thingy tasted better than the marinated meats as the marinated meats is kind of overpowered by the soup I had, which was mala medium spice. I had bamboo shoots and some cabbages as well. There’s even seafood which I added in a couple of clams and squid.

There’s a wide array of foods to choose from here. Different types of eggs such as your regular chicken egg and my favourite quail eggs. For vegetables, they’ve got various mushrooms as well as leafy greens. For meats, there’s pork, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood which includes various shellfish, fish and squid.

If you like something with a bit of a kick, I’d recommend the mala option, and you can pick from 3 levels of spice from low to high so that it suits you. We can also make our own dipping sauce which is mostly from sesame. Overall, I’d recommend coming here for the hotpot, there’s a wide variety so you’ll be able to find the ones you like, and it is cooked well and...

The best hot pot!

There's plenty of vegan options for me, and anything and everything else for my non-vegan partner. I love the tomato soup broth at this store in particular. I tried it at another location and it wasn't the same. The flavour is just out of this world, and the veggies soak up the flavour so well. :D

It's always quick too, from gathering what you want, to getting it cooked up and ready to eat, like 10 minutes.

You get a free bowl of rice upon request which is cool.

Since we have to drive ages to get here, we get big servings (so we pay like 20-30 bucks for a bowl each), but if you lived closer and wanted a more normal sized meal, it would be easy to keep it to 15-20 dollars.

The only thing that'd make it even better, is if there were more dipping sauce options and things... but, this is more of a budget friendly hot pot and I can't complain. 10/10.

There's some sides you can buy too and some happen to be vegan. I love the little fried...

Can't deny to food here is nice. Favourite is always the Dry Mala, Tomato Soup & Pork Bone Broth Soup. Today the Dry Mala was a little too salty but I enjoyed the spiciness and numbness. Pork Broth Soup was awesome today. The one thing I just noticed the management had change is the rice quantity. It used to be free flow but not anymore. Rice with Mala is a match in heaven but now it's limited to one serve of rice to one serve of dish. However said so, Dry Mala has a minimum weight to order and with one serve of rice is definitely never enough. Please consider to bring back the free flow of rice.
