DO NOT RECOMMEND. I don’t like to do these things but this was just disappointing !
I wish I had of read the reviews before coming here, me and my partner were staying locally and decided to have subway for dinner- we both ordered what we wanted and paid, came back to hotel to eat and they put the wrong subway sandwiches/ordes in our bag- the orders given to us were from the people that ordered after we had and they were spicy i unfortunately can’t have spicy food so we couldn’t even eat the ones we got!
We ordered the classic chicken (footlong) wheat And the chicken teriyaki footlong (wheat) with salads of choice (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, red onion, olives and bbq sauce and for the teriyaki the same but with sweet onion sauce) this was in a meal deal.
The order given to us was chicken Shnitzel with other salads including tomato, pineapple etc and a spicy sauce, the other was classic chicken with a sauce, spinach, jalapeños, and other salads.
Two completely different orders. See photo ! I also have receipts for proof!
Pretty disappointed that she was not even apologetic about the mix up, we weren’t offered a refund or any other option, I asked her to speak to the manager and apparently they were not available at the time (apparently won’t be available for a few days) I told her well then I expect a call and she said ok and paused and I said well you’ll need my details for that (like how unbelievable) clearly you didn’t care, but had I have been severely anaphylactic to the meal we were given, you definitely would have, because I would have sought legal action, it’s not my responsibility to pack the order and make sure the right meal is being given!
I will still be expecting a call otherwise I will be forced to seek...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience at your store. As a Menulog delivery driver, I came in to pick up an order and saw five customers ahead of me. I politely handed my order number to the owner, who assured me it would only take a few minutes. At the same time, I had another order to pick up at McDonald’s, so I let him know I’d be back shortly.
When I returned, I waited over 35 minutes for my order. During this time, more than 25 people who arrived after me were served while I was ignored. This led to frustration and a heated exchange, during which the owner told me to leave the store. The lack of respect and fairness in this situation is something I cannot overlook.
I would like to remind the store that delivery drivers should be treated with the same consideration as in-store customers. If there is a queue, the driver should be served in order, just like the rest of the customers. App platforms also advise drivers to check directly with staff for their orders to save time.
Additionally, delays like this affect the entire process. Customers who order online expect timely delivery. As drivers, we already face challenges such as high fuel prices, the wear and tear on our vehicles, and the risks of being on the road all day. Our time and effort deserve respect.
If the store owner is willing to acknowledge this issue, apologize, or show a better attitude towards delivery drivers in the future, I am open to removing this review. Mutual respect goes a long way in creating a positive experience for everyone.

Read moreThis store has been getting less and less hygienic every time I visit. The last 2 times I've been there the salad ingredients are clearly past their freshness, lettuce looking soggy and starting to slightly brown. There seems to be no effort to not cross contaminate all the ingredients. There's bit of different things mixed into nearly every container. Today there were multiple flies - multiple - buzzing around behind the glass and around the subs being made. I half expected one to crawl out while i was eating. The guy that works there makes he sloppiest subs ever which is mind boggling since I only ever get salad. They don't change gloves and don't wipe down the food prep area between customers and it was filthy.
3 Stars because Subway is Subway and even a sloppy sandwich...
