Please go to the allocated dog beach at Quinns Rocks to avoid a hefty fine and angry looks. Good swimming, body surfing and boogie boarding, depending upon the season. The beach changes dramatically between seasons. In summer it's a huge sandy beach. Every winter (June to August) a lot of sand washes away and rock pools are exposed - quite a sight to see.
