Ha ha, I am not surprised to see a 2.5 star rating for SKG Murdoch. I just tried to book 3 procedures including a Nuclear bone scan. Perth Rad - While waiting for SKG Murdoch to call back because the correct person does not answer the phone so messages are taken, after 2.5 hours I booked the 3 procedures with Perth Radiological Services at Bentley. Straight thru to the appropriate person and 5 minutes later all done. Perth Rad quoted $175 gap for the bone scan and appointments on 3&4th July. No need to email in the 3 referrals from my surgeon. SKG - during the terminated (politely) 3rd call SKG quoted $475 and earliest appointment on 10 July. it took 10 minutes to get to this early point before any booking had been made, so when she said she had to check something with a colleague I politely disclosed that I had already booked with Perth Rad at Bentley and we should end the pain (booking). I had to email in the 3 referrals before this point. How can 2 identical businesses be so different! Unfortunately SKG Murdoch is not alone in this regard in the medical industry. I was in St John of God emergency the night before, where the doctor gave me a referral and told me to walk straight in the next morning. I called out of courtesy, the receptionist Emma belittled me and told me there was no apps for 3 weeks. I explained I was told it was to be done ASAP, she went silent thinking sheād hung up on me, coming back with a āum, noā. I called emergency, who called SKG and confirmed the urgent app. I was then booked in by another lady who was very friendly.
The receptionist upon arrival was lovely. And the lady who performed my procedure was welcoming and friendly.

Not informed of a 50 minute wait between scans. When I came out, finally, they had turned the eftpos machine off even though they still had patients coming in, so I have to go out of my way to make payment the following day. The girl who did the mammogram seemed to not really know what she was doing and it was the most painful mammogram I have had in the ten years.
