If you go onto the computers on the ground floor it can be like a homeless shelter. You get a lot of strange vagrant types. Some of them really stink and/or get offensive if you look at them. There is the odd psychotic one every so often. You have to avoid them or they do things like go outside and move your bicycle around on the rack, or damage the bike. There are people who seem to live there. Every time you go there they are there. They might need to put limits on the Internet use so that they can move some of the nasties on somewhere else. For instance there is one homeless man who goes through the bins in the city and Cultural Centre and then he goes into the library and uses the computers. He often changes from one to another talking to himself. People have their fingers in their mouths, or eat and leave sticky stuff on the keyboard. You get people with no concept of hygiene. Supermarkets have wipes that you can use to clean the trolley handle. For the sake of public health the library really needs to provide wipes too so people can wipe and disinfect the keyboards on the computers. Some of the staff and the most of the guards are from Third World countries - so you are starting to get Third...

I have good experience with GESHA coffee shop It's located 1 floor I am not sure staff name I think she is from Asia of course all staff is friendly but especially got more pretty service from this staff.I sat outside today Outside has a lot of pigeons.I was eating chicken sushi. but I didn't enough soy sauce. I was so happy and I definitely will come back...

The State Library of Western Australia is housed in the Alexander Library Building in the Cultural Center of Perth. The building has a contemporary design, and the interior is superb. Free high-speed wifi inside the library. From James or Francis Streets there's  wheelchair access to the building. The Library has lifts to every floor, and wheelchair accessible toilets. Male and female toilets on the ground, the first, the second and the third floors. On the ground floor there's a room for parents with babies equipped with a place for nursing mothers and change table. Families and children can visit The Place to relax, share a story or use the computer. And, if you want to sit and chat with friends, the Discovery Lounge is the place to be. ACROD and general car parking is available within the Perth Cultural Center. There are bicycle racks at the front of...

How woke can you get? On their website they 'acknowledge the traditional owners' and are 'honoured to be located on whadjuk country.' What a joke! The aboriginal people kept no written history, all they left was cave paintings, no place names, no buildings, nothing. They were a nomadic people. They wouldn't know today what lands were whose and what they were called, if they were called anything that is, hundreds or thousands of years ago. This is an attempt by the government to give the Aboriginals some type of history where there is none.

Went to support my son who had a stall at the comic festival. Great venue was free but was very crowded and no parking availability. On street , parking lots all full even disabled parks were unavailable which made it difficult for my wife who uses a wheelchair. Had to drop off and drive around for a while before getting street parking g down the road on Francis Street . The even itself was very crowded. Just a coffee trailer available outside venu. Quite a let down for the poor stall owners.

The State Library of Western Australia is the perfect spot for a study session or doing some office-works. Here you’ll find a relaxing, ambient atmosphere, with a ton of resources on WA heritage if you’re keen. Great place to have some free internet, use of computers and printers. The environment is great, very cozy and the books selection very good. Theres a café within the building as well and its located close to the museum, art gallery and the train station.
