Very impressive with the project area near completion now Jan 2020.Lots of eateries and bars . Visually excellent worth a look. I went for 1st look at night so lighting made it quite site to see very well done . I walked from Kings Sqaure end close to RAC Arena . So where old entertainment centre used to be . New office buildings in amongst it all with eateries underneath.Small grassed areas with bronze strapping type statues and mood lights shining up into them . Walking east in between infrastructure and where there used to be railway lines which are now underground. Passing new city busport onto Yagan Square .
