Karatta Wine Room & Gallery — Attraction in Robe

The lady here was so wonderful, took us through the history of Robe and surrounds, as well as the wines, so knowledgeable of the region!

The Anaesthetist was a standout wine, the best of the bunch, sparkling entry level wine was good for the price, best wines from this region although not usual varietals for my taste. Pinot was green.

Love a place that supports local South Australian visual artists, a great gallery. Would recommend checking this place out.

Cheese platter a bit overpriced but recommend...

Walked into the wine room & gallery as my wife and I were after a bottle of sparkling to go along with the fresh lobster and hot chips we were planning on buying for lunch. We ended up staying for a full tasting and walked out with half a dozen bottles! We did get our bottle of bubbles (tiny star) and WOW!! Great bottle of wine for our occasion. If you are in robe and walking past, I’d definitely recommend you stop for a tasting. You never know, you might buy a few bottles...

Karatta Wine Room and Gallery run by Adam Gould offered fabulous service and selection of wines. Family friendly, beautiful garden space with bean bag lounges and tables and chairs to sit down on. When we asked if we could bring in our own picnic rugs it was a big 'Yes' which then hosted a memorable session of relaxation. Thank you!...
