Staff get paid so low, they nasty.

Dear kim, manager.

We paid a premium price for premium balcony seats, we will never go back

After sitting down the show started, I was verbally attacked by a woman named Jo that works for you, about supposedly taking a photo of the show.

I assured her twice that she was harassing me, and then a third time she was harassing me and I told her to go away. My wife then also was extremely upset as they convinced her I took a photo, I had to calm her down and assure her they were indeed wrong.

Ruined the first half of the show.

At intermission she came back for more, Jo's harassment continued, and then Ashley joined in, then they started to wrongfully threaten me with ongoing verbal abuse and threats, I assured them they had mistaken me for someone else, as the harassment and threats continued.

I'd had just enough by now so I told them "if they were wrong to fetch me 2 ice creams and a coke", they agreed and I proved myself correct by showing them.

They gave me an ice cream and told me another ice cream and a coke would be ready for me after the show, then they gave me your card.

When I came down to get my 2nd ice cream and coke I was refused by Alex and got excuse after excuse after...

I took two of my grandaughters to see the Little Mermaid production, and cannot say enough good things about this musical. The stage set was meticulously crafted to enhance the performance by a cast of very talented actors, singers and dancers. The choreography, the music, and the singing was sensational. The performers made the story come to life for my granddaughters. They were mesmerised by the beautiful set design, the colourful costumes, and the real treat for them was when the crew released the bubbles into the theatre from above. My grandchildren couldn't be happier, as they tried to catch the bubbles as they meandered into the 5th row where we were seated. I know the show was geared for children. Nevertheless, I was enthralled by the wonder of it all, and regard it as one of the best shows I've seen, at one of the best theatres I've attended in years. If the show is still running, do yourselves and children or grandchildren a favour, and take them to see this show at the Regal Theatre. It will not disappoint. I rate it 5...

I attended the Daz Games show (November 2023) It was quite a good show, and the theater is quite good as well, it is a theater tributed to the 1900s, its clean, comfortable, has good seating and it has good staff, the only bad thing about this theater is that it has no place to line up for shows, when i went we had to line up outside, the line wrapping around the building and down the next street, i know most venues dont have great places to line up but it was a little dangerous with people lining up in front of work carparks where cars were pulling out, at the end when i got merchandise the line was also outside and on the path again wrapping around still dangerous, my suggestion for that fix is just to show up early, me and my friend showed up 30 minutes before and we ended up right near the carpark around the corner so id suggest showing up an hour earlier even though it sounds a...

The seats were small and close together no were to put bags or crutches. No lift to second floor for disabled or elderly. Before the show they email you something suggesting go to Chutney Mary's across the road with offer of complementary drink but it doesn't say lemonade only! Went in was taken to table after waiting 15 min went back to counter then 2 minutes later was brought menu plate and cutlery. Ordered 3 dishes and took 27 minutes to come out. Ordered goat curry $23.50 and was 95% bones with only 5% meat and was extremely disappointed and would highly recommend NOT getting this !! I would highly recommend not going here other dishes were average bordering on disappointing. Who ever suggested this should put lemonade only on email.

I had the pleasure of attending the FRANKIE’S GUYS musical at Regal Theater, a spirited tribute echoing the sounds and sentiments of the 1970s. While the show might be especially evocative for those who cherish memories of that era, it was crafted with evident skill. The performers showcased commendable engagement with the audience, making for a uniquely interactive experience. The theater’s ambiance was perfectly harmonious with the vintage feel of the performance, and the staff’s professionalism and warmth significantly enhanced the overall experience. A minor drawback was the limited availability of free parking. As a note for prospective attendees, FRANKIE’S GUYS is an independent tribute and has no official association with Frankie Valli.

Terrible seating for a venue that were top priced tickets, limited view to the stage, no ability to move or dance on the side. You need to advertise the left hand stall seating is backed to a wall. I booked the seats early and had the opportunity to get seats closer to the aisle, not shoved against a wall, and not able to se fully see the seats and have to climb over everyone to get to then. Terrible venue to see shows!
