BKK Shopping Centre — Attraction in Sydney

I’d like to give a big compliment to Juan, one of the cleaning staff at BKK International Fast Food Centre. On 7 June 2025, around 3pm, I witnessed a small incident involving a young mother, her 10-month-old baby, and a spilled plate of food. The food splashed across the floor and even onto my leg and shoes. Before anyone could react, Juan appeared with cleaning tools in hand.

What stood out was not just his speed, but his calm, respectful, and truly compassionate approach. He reassured the distressed mother with such kindness, telling her it was completely normal for babies to have accidents, and that she needn’t worry at all. His gentle smile never faded, and he handled the clean-up with incredible care and professionalism. He even placed a safety sign afterward to prevent others from slipping.

Once again found myself frustrated looking for parking on my last visit 6 weeks ago I faced the same circumstances as I did today it's one thing that annoying about the area.
