The public toilets on Cabramatta Railway Station, are quite literally unusable. The toilet on the platform on the Railway Parade side is always locked. Today it was quite literally barricaded with tape preventing access to this area. What’s the problem??? If the toilet needs repair, well fix it! A failure to provide a toilet is a work health and safety issue, as well as a public health issue.

The public toilet on the other side of the station, on Broomfield Street, is always in need of cleaning. Perhaps it’s because it’s a long weekend, but this weekend it was filthy. Actually unusable.

NSW Transport prides itself on keeping rail facilities up to the minute. With investment in major stations like Central & Redfern, it begs the question, are these big ticket items eating into the budget of other busy, high traffic rail stations.

I’ve given this review a two star instead of one, because of the lifts and wheelchair access. Cabramatta Railway is otherwise a serviceable station, but access to amenities and ongoing hygienic maintenance need...

The center of Vietnamese population. Nice and friendly people. Good and reasonable price for local shopping. You can try many tasty food with reasonal price. My recommendation for restaurants: Phở Ann for beef soup noodles (Phở Bò ), Đồng Xanh for seafood soup noodles (Bún mắm), Măng for bamboo duck soup noodle (Bún măng vịt), Đông Ba and Đông Hoà for spicy beef soup noodles (Bún bò Huế), Bầu Trường for bbq mince pork noodles (Bún thịt nướng), Việt Tân for crispy fried chicken egg-noodles (Mì gà da giòn). Tương Lai for roasted pork cutlet rice (Cơm Tấm). If you look for icy sugarcane juice then look for the shop name Phùng (corner of big stone gate). Coffee shop: Gloria or Cafe Nhớ... i shop for fresh vegetables, fruits n meat, seafood there, cheaper than...

You can find any Asian groceries, fruits and vegies here. Plenty of good food especially Vietnamese, Thai, Laos and Cambodian restaurants. Just need to carefully shop around to get good price in everything. Recently the street vendors were a bit annoying. They occupy half of the pedestrians and some even have a small nursery on it. Council officer should go round as often as possible to patrol this area. One thing about this Cabramatta, people tend to walk on their right-hand side of the pedestrians. They thought that Cabramatta is Saigon or what? Basic local culture should be imposed on this mostly...

It was surprising to learn that the trains are two stories instead of Adelaide's usual quicker trains, even though the station is good and trains arrive frequently. I am not from Sydney. While the trains moved a little more slowly, the amount of storage for people to sit in was so large that even a packed train felt quite free and not crowded. To board the train, you can scan your Opal card to board the train. Fees are hefty, but the train ride to Sydney is probably worth it.

Looks NOTHING like the Cabramatta I grew up in, nor r the streets full of drug dealers constantly asking if ur right? It's alot cleaner &safer too... 10points 2local Government as it's 1of our most Multicultural towns in Australia, let alone NSW.. However I was lucky enough 2site a Purified Mew2 with a gift 4me... #pokemongo
