We had quick brunch at this popular Vietnamese restaurant and ordered two dishes i.e. their signature Mi Quang noodle soup dish and fried rice noodle with seafood bits (prawn, scallop, squid). We like the noodle soup which is very unique and the pork meat slices were tender / juicy, but the soup given were quite stingy. There was not much seafood provided as well despite the menu description. Similar with the fried rice noodle, i.e. the taste was OK but the produce provided was not much and of lower quality frozen seafood ones. This is a bit disappointing since the prices on the menu are quite premium compared to competition in the suburb. The ambience is reasonable but don't expect much since it is usually jam-packed with customers. Customer services from staff members can be patchy as well during busy times. You can pay with credit cards, but the restaurant does not provide information on surcharge. I paid with Amex card and the surcharge works-out at around 1.65%.

Flavour and depth! I don’t usually deviate from my usual order of Pho Dac Biet but decided to step outside my comfort zone and order a Bun Bo Hue (BBH) instead - boy, was I happy I did. I’ve had BBH before but this broth simply, hit different. There is so much depth in the flavour of the soup; the journey starts with the aromas of fresh lemon grass before being greeted with a hint of spice which lingers just a little. The soup is clean and doesn’t seem to leave a thick feeling on the taste buds. I usually leave the restaurant feeling heavy but this wasn’t the case here. The worst is eating hot noodle soup while in heat, but this establishment had adequate airflow allowing you to stay cool throughout the entire experience. When looking at the price - you can’t win or lose, it is quite average. The staff was very quick with service.

My new phò place in Cabramatta. Generous portions and their phở đặc biệt is massive. Their soup base is quite impressive and packed with flavour. Good menu options. They are extremely busy during lunch hour, so be prepared for noisy family/large groups eating inside. Their home-made yellow noodle dish is well-known, and I will try this on my next visit. Service staff not attentive and tend to be on their phones (a lot), and might make errors when taking orders (I could put this down to their English not being good). The attendant stuffed up my simple order and I was charged, which was fine since I could take it away, but it was something that was not my mistake. So make sure to repeat your order before they walk away. However, in saying that about staff, the food was served fairly quickly.

The waitres there is very friendly, but I didn’t know the female boss is very stingy until today. She have a very bad attitude towards the customers and her staffs. Therefore, I wouldn’t go back to that place to support such owner. The soup and noodle has lots of MSG, so when me and my friend went there, we always order rice dishs and my friend’s favorite dish is the pork chop rice with 2 pork chop which is not on the menu, and the waiters always charge us the same price. When I came to this place with my parent today, the waitress charge me the same price for the pork chop rice that me and my friend usually order, and I pay the bill with the exact amount. When the waitress went to the counter, the female boss was angry and said something to the waitress and so the waiterss quickly came back to me and told me their boss said it’s one dollar extra because there is 2 pork chops. I’m surprised and ask how come the price is different from what I’ve usually order, the waitress looked scared and look back at the female boss and said they don’t know, their boss said so. I looked back to the female boss, and she just gives me the look. When my parents saw this situation they told me don’t need to cause any trouble since it’s only $1 extra, so we just give them extra dollar and left. The owner of the place is arrogant and bad service, I also feel sorry for the staffs who work there. Me and my friends won’t never go back...

Tried first time the soups were very good. It was a nice place but I wouldn't say great because I've had better

Also manager seems to forget my ca phe sua da (vietnamese iced white coffee) Luckily it wasn't charged otherwise I'd be overcharged. (Docket needed)

Sat at table 17. Nice fresh breeze but these people walking past by can you imagine if someone smokes?? Smoke on food that they blow through the window would be unpleasant.

Another thing is because they forgotten my drink, best for them to have a docket to write down the order customers give. When the guy took our order he only does it by memory, not by docket incase they've forgotten something. I even out my arm up saying "excuse me" and he looks down in the ground and busy chatting to his friends or regular customers he knows at a different table.

GUY (was wearing green shirt that time, not sure if he's manager but he looks to be in his mid 50s-60s always wearing a hat) WAS THE ONLY ONE MOSTLY FREE WHERE THE STAFFS (girl at counter and kitchen staff) DOES ALL THE WORK!!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if next customer complains.

But other than that, good food. (My parents said the pork blood was overcooked and dry, where it's meant to be smooth and tender, had pork blood in other Viet places and had no complaints about that. This is the first one by far with overcooked pork blood)

Anyways the staffs working there, DOCKETS...

TRULY DISAPPOINTING!

The pho was mediocre at best, but honestly, the service completely ruined any chance of me coming back.

Started off decent…got greeted with a smile when I walked in. But the moment I asked about dietary accommodations (which are literally listed on their own menu), the whole vibe shifted.

The server’s attitude did a complete 180.

Suddenly I’m getting attitude and passive-aggressive responses for asking about something they advertise. I actually started to get up and leave because it was that uncomfortable, but she convinced me to stay, promising everything would be fine.

Big mistake trusting that.

Once I sat back down, she completely avoided my table. Wouldn’t make eye contact, ignored my requests for basic stuff like silverware and chopsticks, acted like I didn’t exist when I had questions.

The disrespect was unreal!

But here’s what really got me - her and the other staff kept walking past my table, sneering and laughing among themselves. Made me genuinely worried they messed with my food. That’s not paranoia, that’s a legitimate concern when staff are openly hostile.

I’m beyond disappointed. The whole experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never step foot in this place again, and I’ll make sure my friends know what kind of treatment...
