I used to come here for 15 years since they renovated this place the service for tab bet is not good at all I win so many times so if I win 400$ they never let me cash out more then 50$ always excuse we don’t have money . Many times !!! Today I just came to the hotel I insert first note of 5$ try to bet for further 500$ machine stuck with the 5$ Is not about the money is just the attitude about information I was not told to wait and when I asked after almost 10 min they told me to wait !! Like they don’t care if you wait or go … I did go out I told this to the security it’s a bad service he start attacking me with words defending the staff he say I can go anywhere I want… I tryed to explain but he was stubborn to listen I told him I’ll wait for my 5$ it’s not about this 5$ but the attitude They call the manager she argue with me ….she then Go inside give me my 5$ she say probably I am angry for this 5$ because I lost money 🫤🫤 how she can know that…. I just arrived … I told her why I was upset …it’s because this is happening many times they dont give money when you win and now this ..!! She say I have your face on camera don’t come back here anymore.. you are banned!!! sooo I am banned because I am asking for my money ???? Nice I can see clearly what is this place I worked in hospitality for 25 years I’ve seen things but not like this when they renovated this place I didn’t say anything….. before I didn’t by food either because I’ve seen 🐭 like a 🐊 he was chased buy staff 😊😊😊 so definitely not coming back here anymore and I’ll pass this information to all my family and friends in this area to don’t come in Cabramatta hotel no wonder it’s empty and you have sooo many bad reviews...

The food at the kitchen and service was good and all workers were respectful. One of friends went up to the bar to order an Alcoholic drink and all was good no ID was asked , then me and other friend went to order a NoN Alcohol drink and we was asked for IDs, we both provide Service NSW license on our phone and was refused service as we don’t have a physical one, as it was a license area. But there were kids who were there. Lily who said she was the manager came to where we were eating and explain how we look underage and in the first place shouldn’t have been served food and we need to leave. I asked her why did she pick and choose who to ask for license and my other friend was asked. The staff at the kitchen told her that we have already paid and they can’t ask us to leave until we are finished. My friend who was not asked for ID went and other me and the other friend a non alcoholic drink and was served by a new staff and all was good no ID was checked and we received our drink. She then see’s us drinking and enjoying our food and comes back with the security because we apparently were tormenting her by eating and asked us to leave. She didn’t allow us to eat our food that we paid the kitchen to provide to us. She called us names and rubbed in our face that she was the manager and she can do anything she wants. She assumed our ages even with ID I would recommend the kitchen but the Bar with LILY is most unprofessional and untrained workers. Lily needs to be fired and learn some customer service. Today, I went to play pokies at Cabramatta Hotel for the first time. After playing for about 10 minutes, I was asked to leave and stop playing because I had a shopping trolley with me.
I tried to negotiate with the gaming attendant (wearing glasses), asking if I could leave my trolley somewhere if the hotel provided a place, so I could continue playing and possibly win my money back. She curtly refused, citing hotel policy, and did not give me any explanation or solutions. I felt like discrimination.
I have never had this experience before in any gaming rooms, so I sought clarification from the manager. I eventually spoke with the manager, who revealed that he is Kevin, the licensee of the hotel.
When I asked him for an explanation, he responded with questions to me if I wanted him to answer. He was asking what would happen if 10,000 trolleys in the cabramatta were in the gaming area. This was ridiculous and made me feel stupid. I pointed out that there are only 30 gaming machines, so at most, there would be one trolley per machine if everyone brought one. I asked for a solution to hide the trolley good or place to leave, but he responded roughly and carelessly, telling me to just go play somewhere else, not here or at Cabramatta.
I understand and respect hotel policies, but I expect a respectful explanation. The staff, especially the licensee, should treat customers with respect.
I felt like I was being expelled from the area, which ruined my day. I hope the hotel management will consider providing notice at the door to prevent this kind of situation, rather than kicking out customers after they have already spent...
