as we have ordered from here many times we’ve never had a problem as the staff have always been lovely and every time we do a big order we never have to wait in waiting bay. but after tonight’s experience we ended up having that problem. the girl at the speaker who took our order she was absolutely amazing and repeated our order twice at the speaker and also at the window. But as for the girl at the second window, not even a nice greeting from her or anything. she straight away told us to go straight to waiting bay and of course it was understandable so we told her yep that will be fine but can we also get plates, cups and cutlery packets before we drive off just so it could make it easier on them. she straight away slams the window and walks off whilst we were in the middle of talking and we sat there and waited till she came back. she opens the window and looks at us with nothing to say and we repeat ourselves to her asking for the plates, cups and cutlery packets AGAIN, so she hands it to us and then shuts the window again. if i could get her name i would’ve if she was wearing a name badge but she was absolutely rude. this happened at...

The first girl who took the order, we could not understand what she was saying as she was speaking short fast words and in a rather snarky tone. Same thing with the next two counters. Driver asked for an “invoice” and the girl did not know what that was. It wasn’t until we said “receipt” did they understand. And it was not like they asked us to repeat what we said polite, no it was in a rather rude tone. I do understand that the word invoice may not be used often now but there was no need to be rude about it. Overall, this KFC (or at least the drive through) is run by a couple of incompetent teenagers not at all suited for customer service. They were all very rude. If they were volunteers then sure you can be rude since you’re not being paid. But in this case they are (although not a lot I know) so at least some more decent customer service would be appreciated. Read moreOrdered a hot and spicy 3 piece box from your store. When returning to my home in Quakers Hill realised only had 2 piece. Called the store to inform them. Spoke to the manger who gave so much attitude assuming I consumed the chicken. Asked for a fresh box as iv driven home and my food was cold, happy to return the box I first received. HE REFUSED advising my can only replace the chicken. Even though by policy if my chips or food is cold you have to replace it. Argued with me, admittedly after him not hearing me out I got agitated. Asked for my money back which he advised he can not do numerous times before finally agreeing because i advised I’m coming down and expect either my money back or a fresh meal. When I got back to kfc argued with me aswell as unprofessionally murmuring under his breath to his colleagues. When confronted about it acted rude!!
