Asked for a bit of extra mayo on rooster rolls (they never put enough and it's always dry). Instead this time they gave a tiny bit of chicken and then piled on a ton of mayo. This wasn't an accident.

They were pretty proud (they were conscious they did something to my food) and that they gave the order back to me in under 10 seconds (ordered at the window, normally takes at least a few minutes, which made me very suspicious). I threw them away.

I'm not coming back, and you shouldn't risk it, who knows what they would do to your food. Go to HJ or maccas next door instead, there are 2x KFC (with drive-thru) only 1-2 min drive away. Or if you want amazing roast chicken go to Vascos Chargrill Chicken which is only 5 mins drive at Beaumont Hills.

Also don't even try to call, they don't answer the phone and the message box is always full, probably from all the complaints. Ignore the 5 star reviews (they could be there to pump up the review), only read the 1 stars to see how this place truly is.

Update: had a follow up call from this red rooster, person who rang me (dont think it was manager), didn't apologise, defensive of their service, accused me of saying something I didnt say, was going to have this review removed, and in defence of how their service is, said "well, I would only prank people I know". (Why are they pranking anyone with food they serve? Didn't say whether his staff could say the same).

If I could give Zero stars I would ! This place is disgusting! I ordered on the app for a wholesome roast. It says ready in 5 mins for kerbside collection. We waited for almost 30 mins still no one came out. I went inside only to find out they had no peas left so they changed the peas to 4x small potatoes and gravy. They didn’t have any corn so they changed it 12 nuggets. Upon checking on my order the manager there was wearing his gloves touching the bins and it’s surroundings and then handling food with the same gloves which I raised my voice and said do you mind changing your gloves before you handle my order ! They couldn’t be bothered making new fresh chips so instead the manager gathered whatever was already prepared in a box and transferred into another box for someone who ordered uber eats! I’m so disappointed with this place. When we got home I’m so glad I smelt it before consuming it all gravy was OFF!! I will be returning to this place to get my money back. The manager was blaming the owner the reason for their shortage of stuff. You guys need to up your game. This place needs a visit by Council environmental health officers check that good food safety practices are in place such as temperature control, cleanliness, hand washing...

I travelled through space and time to arrive at this most sacred point for the Holy Communion. Joining me were the three wise men, my brothers of divine and unyielding peace: Lord Tim, knower of the truth; Father Jacob, interpreter of the truth; and High Pontiff Nafa, guardian of the truth.

During our Holy Communion, we partook of the Red Rooster Roll and a two-litre bottle of Pepsi — symbols of our divine covenant with The Rooster.

After our Holy Communion, my attention was caught by a shadowy figure lurking outside, spreading false hope and muttering profanities against The Sacred Rooster. Alister! That traitor. Once one of our brothers, but now working against the very things he once stood for. I knew we were safe — his impurity cannot pass through The Rooster’s holy walls.

Five stars is the blessing I shall bestow upon this sacred sanctuary. It is a point of divine intersection — a place where peace and love meet at The Rooster’s table. I shall return soon, when I hear The Rooster’s ethereal clucking in my head calling for me. With the three wise men, we will partake in the Holy Communion once again. 🙌🚬🍷🙌
