1 star because the guy who made my tea didn't wipe the foam/bubbles off the top and this should make you notice its an issue and affects the aftertaste of the tea.

After multiple horrible experiences from gong cha I tried to give their bubble tea another chance. I went there last night and asked for a mango alisan tea, what they gave me was a stale and completely bitter even tho I had asked for more sugar level, it was completely different from the mango alisan I get from city. It tasted disgusting and wasted my time and money. Wouldn’t ever order from...
