Hai Ha Money Transfer Cabramatta — Attraction in Sydney

Overall Hai Ha is a good money transfer company with exceptional customer services and well trained consultants at the front office.

However I have noticed especially on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), there are not enough staff to serve their customers, only 2 to 3 and sometimes 4 employees are working at the front.

Hai Ha is a well know money transfer company with so many branches in Sydney and Melbourne, but cannot afford to hire more staff on the weekends, I am really surprised to be honest.

I am still giving Hai Ha 5 stars ONLY for the hard working consultants at the front. Even they are tired but they are still serving their customers with pleasant, smiling and happy tone of voice.

It would be better that Hai Ha should hire more employees on the weekends to serve more customers, otherwise the queue is always too long.

I was sending a parcel of goods to Vietnam with Hai Ha 'gift' desk on Sunday morning 15/11. Was served by a middle-aged lady. Her process is all over the place, and her attitude is trash.

After dismantling my parcel to count the items inside, she forgot to put it back inside. Goods placed every where. She didnt ask me for detail of the receiver nor explain me the process when it arrived.

I understand it s a transactional place, and do not expect top notch service. But this is way below the bar. Later i do know, there are other places in Cabramatta transport gift with much lower price, and door to door delivery.
