I'm not a fan of chain stores, but I've got to say the guys at JB HiFi at the domestic terminal are the best. I had a major problem with a telstra prepaid SIM card (bought elsewhere) that I couldn't set up, and I was looking at prepaid phone options. The team at JB HiFi domestic offered to look at the SIM card setup first, instead of trying to upsell me something to solve the problem (which I was more than happy to do). When the first card still didn't work, they advised me on plan B - a $15 Belong brand prepaid card, and got us going in 10 mintues with no drama at all. Mohammed and the team saved the day. Read moreI bought Sennheiser ear buds in June 2019 and in Nov 2020 they started to malfunction. A Google search indicated that I could possibly have these repaired/replaced as they came with a 2 year warranty. I called the store as I couldn't find any purchase information on bank statements. The 2 gentleman that helped me over the phone went above and beyond to find a copy of my receipt, with limited information I was able to provide them.
