McNeilly Park — Attraction in Sydney

Tucked away within walking distance from Marrickville train station is McNeilly Park. A Medium sized Park that caters for various types of Activities and Leisure available in the Park Ranging from A Children's Playground, Tables and Chairs, Half Court Basketball Court and Ring, Open Grassed Areas Great for Walking the Dog or Picnic or exercise training areas. Public Toilets and Water Bubblers are in the Park for everyone to use and enjoy. Within Minutes walk from Marrickville Train Station to Buses running on Illawarra Rd with the 423 service. Clean and Well Maintained Park. Alot of areas to relax and enjoy or friends down at the Park with Multiple Areas of Tables and Chairs or Grassed spaces for a picnic or lunch...

Great little community park with a basketball court and kids play park.

Dog friendly but has to be on a leash in most of the pqrk. There is a leash-free area at the west edge of the park.

Highly recommended for kids parties and social gatherings.

Only a short stroll from marrickville station, and minutes to great coffee (Pour Barista / Vesbar are two of our faves).

Why are the lights always off in this park? I think they are solar powered but today (15th April 2024) was a really sunny day so why aren’t they working tonight at 7pm?
