Hong Phuoc Asian Grocery — Local services in Sydney

Decent Asian grocery store with a good range of cooking products. They don't seem to have a few core Thai brands brands but the store is located conveniently at least.

One thing I was very displeased with seeing was when one of the staff members climbed up to reach something on a higher shelf above the fresh produce, they literally stepped on the edge of the veggies box and some produce came into contact with their shoe... I wouldn't recommend the fruit and veg there anyway...

I've been here a few times over the years and can say the staff are pretty cold, though this isn't super uncommon in Asian...

Pretty good price today for huge chinese cabbage and some galangal. Love shopping here it is smaller than the other two Asian grocers next door but some good quality stuff. Good range of fresh exotic mushrooms too at very good price. Only negative is the squeezy spaces between aisles so a bit hard navigating for larger folks but patience gets you there...
