I just wanted to comment on the previous review on Miniso. I was lining up for payment and I over heard and watched the incident unfold. The true story was that the customer bought a power bank and requested the sales assistant to cut off the package and proceeded to use it straight away. Apparently from what I overheard, the customer had actually bought this power bank a few hours prior and came back in hopes of a refund. The customer claimed she no longer needed the power bank (of course her phone has been charged up already). The sales assistant told her the package has been disposed as requested by that customer. This obviously meant that the product can’t be resold. The power bank seemed to have worked fine as it served its purpose in charging her phone. Therefore this product can not be refunded as it is not faulty however the sales assistant was kindly happy enough to offer her an exchange. I don’t believe the customer service in Miniso is bad, on the other hand I found it reasonable to do an exchange in...
Read moreI don’t want to be mean but this place has very poor customer service, especially the grey hair Asian auntie - looks like the manager of the young lady. The young lady was very nice and had no problem receiving cash from me, but the auntie was so mean and rude, saying “can you pay by card? Bc we don’t want to… you know” I know she was even not bothered to find changes for me bc the store was about to closed, BUT it was still within their open hours. I’m being kind and said “okay” but she took everything for granted, without saying anything like “thank you”. This kind of people shouldn’t be working in the retail. The young lady was so great, the older one, doesn’t mean you’re old so you can be a manger - you need to learn basic costumer...
Read moreCute products, racist staff. Just because a person is black does not mean that the person wants to steal 24/7. I just wanted to see what was trending in the store, but one coworker with a white shirt and Asian heritage just has a problem with black people. I swear to God, I'm not here to steal; I'm just here to shop. No, you don't have to constantly be following me and literally jumping mid-store to see what aisle I'm in. AND THE FACT IT WAS BLACK HISTORY MONTH. Boy, not good enough. If they can do that to black people, imagine what they can do to other races. Get your staff in line because...
