rebel Blacktown — Attraction in Sydney

I recently paid $401 at blacktown store but noticed I was charged twice and the "buy one get one half price" offer was not applied. I went back to the store to fix it.

A staff member was helpful and tried to refund the extra charge and the rest onto a gift card. But the amounts still didn’t add up. They called the Customer Service Manager, but she was very rude and did not listen. I explained I paid $401, got back $48, and should still get $353, but she was only going to refund $333.50. I asked her to go through the prices, but she refused and argued with me.

I stayed calm and asked her to check the CCTV, but she said I had no right to do that. Then she called security on me even though I didn’t yell or get angry. After checking, security found she made a mistake and refunded the correct amount.

She was still rude and pushed the card machine at me, saying, “There’s your money.” The whole experience was stressful and took almost two hours. I felt disrespected and treated unfairly.

The store had a large variety and good prices......👍👌👍👌. I would like to start out with saying I am a law abiding citizen of Blacktown city council, never in my life would I even think of stealing from any shop. The reason why I have given a such low score is I was trying on a pair of shorts and there was some security tags on the fitting room floor, clearly from someone else before me. As I exited the fitting room a staff member approached me and told me I had to leave due to stealing, I still have my shorts in my hand ready to put back on the rack. I was very confused and shocked by this incident and quite offended I told them to check the security cameras as 100% I had not stolen any clothes. As I said this to the employee she was very rude and told me to get out. Not happy if this is how people get treated these days society is going down a bad spiral. HOW...
