I have some bad experience about this shop. The woman (second oldest woman in shop, not the oldest) was so rude and impolite many times. Her face is very annoyed and aggressive when we ask about gold and price. She seemed only happy and smile with people who will buy a lot of gold with her. She showed her attitude on her face and doesn’t respect people. Maybe she know her shop have many customers so she is like that. Sometimes she likes she doesn’t need customers and you can go any shops then you will comeback her shop then to make the transaction. Very bad service and seller. They are very annoyed, aggressive, snobbish and not friendly. They don’t want to talk with customers. Especially the middle aged woman is very annoying. There are so many jewellery stores in Cabramatta but I would never buy my jewellery elsewhere. I really trust the jewelers here - they are always ethical, fair and I have noticed that their prices are substantially cheaper than the other stores. They also have excellent after purchase care so my old pieces always come back looking like new. Eric is so patient and always takes the time to explain the differences between pieces so every customer always gets just what they're looking for....
