I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Old Fitz Theatre Company. I had eagerly anticipated attending the Posh play, only to receive a last-minute cancellation notice. The lack of timely communication left me scrambling to adjust my anniversary plans, and it was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. Hi Carol Utens - I must have made the same whatever odd error just as you did, but they instantly sorted out a refund when I managed to purchase 4 tickets, instead of 2. As you said there was some kind of error and buttons not responding. BUT try again, it is a cozy theatre and pub full of character and abuzz with enthusiasm, a grand atmosphere, and THE CRIPPLE OF INIS MAAN was so well done I could so easily have spat the dummy and not gone - but I loved every minute of it.
