⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Mental Health Walk – Peaceful and Restorative
I took my client here for a nature outing to support their mental health, and Curtis Falls was the perfect spot. The walk was peaceful and refreshing — surrounded by rainforest, birds, and the calming sound of the waterfall at the end. We both found it really grounding and relaxing.
Some parts of the track were a bit muddy, so good shoes are a must, but the path is easy to follow and not too challenging. The fresh air, cool shade, and natural beauty made it a great way to reset and enjoy some quiet time in nature.

Read moreThere are 2 walking tracks that will take you to the waterfall. I chose the shorter one, which is numbered 2. Keep an eye out for the sign posts as they can easily be missed! The walk through the rainforest is calming and relaxing. The waterfall itself isn't that spectacular but pleasant, all the same. Please note that there are many steps along this track. I saw many people walking back to their car with very muddy shoes. Recommend hiking shoes and if you don’t want muddy car floor, bring plastic bag and clean shoes to change into. Don’t leave used baby wipes all over the carpark like what others before us did. Absolutely appalling...
