It's a lovely park, small but it offers a lot to both tourists and locals. For one, you can jog or do exercises whether during early morning or late arvo. There's also a public toilet in case you needed one. Don't expect it to be that clean or new though. Also, there's a considerable-size stage where programs can be held like music festivals. Expect some tables too for planned or spur of the moment get-togerhers.
There's also fairs and rides held there that coincide with popular events at several dates yearly, the most anticipated of which, for me, is the New Year's Eve fireworks!
