Our ship happened to land here on a holiday. Be forewarned - they state they are NOT responsible for no shows on buses, cancellations of buses, full buses, etc. Also they will not refund you fare $$. Buy for ferries only or just go rent scooters or small 2 people cars. Buses are unreliable or out of service, or full when Cruise ships are visiting and there is too many people for them to handle. But no one admits this. A local told us they OVERSELL bus passes people can't use!! On holidays it's even worse - a bus didn't show, we were losing valuable time to visit the island so we had to pay to get a taxi. $63 for a two day pass covers ferry and bus. This was a rip off. We used the ferry 2x due to lack of buses, or them not showing and NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! Forget the buses and use ferries - at least these were on time and reliable. Your other option we suggest to you - Rent a Scooter or Bicycle. If there ever is a next time here, it will be renting scooters. Also they never did post their Winter Ferry or bus schedules online, so you have to wait to get there to get their revised Winter Schedule. So I am attaching photos of the schedules. I hope this helps others. Annd they don't give you any written bus schedules....

On third and final day docked in Bermuda they did not offer ferry service to St. George. There is no signage to indicate this. So if you are planning to get in two hours on your last day as I had, your hopes will be dashed when you walk to the ferry stop. Also, if you have children and expect a discounted rate, don’t buy tokens, no discount is given for children. Have exact change and bills available for children.

Giving a low score because this is the second time I took a cruise to Bermuda and second time I was totally screwed by the...

Visited here a few days ago to ask for information on the dockyard area and was met by the rudest and most hostile Bermudian i have ever encountered. This woman was hideously aggressive and unhelpful - an embarrassment to be working in a position where she is supposed to be promoting tourism and hospitality and helping tourists. An absolute disgrace! Afterwards i went into the clock tower mall and spoke to other locals about my experience and none were surprised and all said they heard this before about her. Then why is nothing done...

BEWARE! Selling public transport tokens with a disclaimer that they won't give refunds...but when you stand and wait at Horseshoe Bay for 90 mins and 3 buses are full, you'd expect to get your money back. We had to pay for a taxi in the end. I was told in the office to speak to the bus company or driver.... how? Come on guys, we were only there for a few hours and shouldn't be expected to chase up issues like this. It's not good that you sell tokens but then stand a mile away from any type of responsibility when things go wrong!

I stopped here to gather a map of the area and other local things available to see here at dockyard. The workers here we're helpful and courteous in the execution of their jobs.
