They are a scam. Fully paid for the excursion weeks before. F.Y.I. we have been on jetski's on other trips. We get there via cruise. When we arrive, this man asks if we can swim well. I told him we are average swimmers, we can survive, stay afloat and get to shore, but we are not olympians, jokingly. He responded saying, we can't get on the ski's! I thought he was joking, too. He was serious! The website did not say expert swimmers. I read it before booking. After realizing he was serious we ask him to explain why. He says that we can't swim good enough to ride! We were like says who? That is not what to site said. If we could not swim, we would agree. After back and fourth, we ask for our money back. He then offered us to charter one of his boats, alone! Again, not joking! Without a chaperone! I asked him how does it make sense to deny us rides on jetski's, as average swimmers, but you offer us an entire boat, alone, out at sea! We have never chartered a boat, ever! There was way more at stake, like wreaking a boat! We refused that! Long story short, he denied a refund! Fortunately, I paid with a credit card and was refunded 100% when I explained it to my cc company. We almost lost 1k for not being Micheal Phelps! Scam!

The glass bottom boat cruise and snorkel was fantastic. We were worried about not going through our cruise ship for excursions but I'm glad we booked on our own. Reason one, it was definitely cheaper then the cruise ship offerings for the exact same thing. It was just as convenient because this location is right off the pier. Great guides with lots of information and they welcomed questions about both Bermuda in general and the wildlife. This choice is perfect for groups with differing levels of ability. We had someone with a heart condition in our group so this allowed them the opportunity to participate without having to snorkel when the time came. As you will quickly find out, all of the various companies will take you to the same location so it can get crowded with multiple ships, jet skis and groups of people in the water but it still manages to all work out. You will get to get up close and personal with a ship wreck, but we did not get out to snorkel at the shipwreck but along the shore amongst a rock outcropping. Great time and free rum swizzles to boot on the way back!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon last week on Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas. On July 6th we were docked in the Royal Navy Dockyard for the day and had booked a "Devil's Isle Cruise Beach Snorkel" excursion. This was run by K.S. WaterSports. They took us snorkeling at a place I believe is called King's Point. We were there for about an hour and a half and had an awesome time seeing all the sea creatures! It was our first time snorkeling. When we got back on the boat, we continued west to the Vixen shipwreck. We would've loved to snorkel there, but we just looped around it and continued back to the Royal Navy Dockyard. On the way back the crew shared interesting facts about Bermuda and pointed out various landmarks. We had a great time thanks to Bob, Andrew, Kenzie, and Chiara!

Myself and 8 others booked the early bird special 75min adventure tour totaling nearly $1100. Half of our group have experienced this tour before and found it to be one of the most enjoyable experiences on the island. Unfortunately this time around was sadly disappointing and felt like a waste of time and money. I will say the staff is absolutely excellent they were so polite and respectful. However we booked a 75 min adventure tour that was not as described. We got off to a good start leaving from the dockyard and proceeding south through the great sound and to the world's smallest draw bridge. I would estimate we spent about 15 mins at high speeds. After this we then spent some time learning about the draw bridge then proceeded through elys Harbour. We then spent the majority of the tour inside this Harbour. This harbour is a no wake zone therefore we spent the majority of this tour idling around the harbour at 5mph. Additionally 1 of our jetskis was not operating correctly for half the tour and needed to be replaced. After spending the majority of our tour in a no wake zone. We then proceeded back to the dockyard the same way we came in. We spent about another 10mins at this point at high speeds back to the dockyard. The tour description states we are to visit a few locations around the island including a shipwreck (None of which happened). After arriving back at the dockyard I asked the staff if we had booked the wrong tour and it was explained they altered the tour due to rough seas. I appreciate the staff taking safety into consideration but why the tour was altered for us to sit in a no wake zone instead of another safer area was not explained. Also none of this was explained before or during the tour, only after a complaint was made. If seas are going to be rough during your visit then this tour is not worth the time or money. However if that's not the case i would highly...

The tour guide, Taj made up for the company’s decision to reschedule our reservation to another day due to the smell of CBD flower cigarette. Me and my party purchased legal CBD at a local smoke shop. CBD doesn’t get you high, but we were told that, “all those that used can not ride.” First and foremost, we felt that the young lady receptionist on 8-5-23 wasn’t welcoming and displayed coldness from the moment we walked in. Because I aim to make people smile, I attempted to make small talk with her, I got a little chuckle from her. Upon completing our paperwork, we were told to wait outside for our guide. After a couple of family pictures, a manager came out and told us because we smell like “marijuana” (no marijuana, just CBD), we had to either forfeit our reservation or book on another day. Mind you, we booked on that day because of the better weather conditions. We attempted to explain that none of us were high using CBD. The decision was already made in their minds. We were deemed high in their eyes. We didn’t attempt to explain any further considering we booked 6 skis ($1k+) and we didn’t want to run the risk of losing our money…no refund policy. We used CBD to counteract nausea on seasick prone riders. We felt judged and medically discriminated…not to mention, embarrassment in front of our young ones, plus the extra money we had to spend for transportation. It was also condescending to think we would put our young ones in harm’s way. This company deems alcohol and CBD as equally intoxicating and will disqualify you to ride. They should research the difference between CBD, THC and alcohol to avoid potential lawsuits. I will say, the entire staff that worked 8-6-23 were all awesome. From the receptionist to the tour guide (Taj)….warm and welcoming. They all need to be the face of...

Today 1/June/2022, I had the jet ski ride of my life! This was a high speed tour and as a newbie, I had no real clue what that meant. Our tour guide, Gabe and his partners were sure to make sure we were all informed on how to control our ski before we headed out! We were given instructions on how we would communicate with hand and arm signals when we were too far apart to actually hear. We were all set and ready to ride!

As we made a bee line out the port and into open waters, I found myself lagging behind the group. I couldn’t seem to keep up. Gabe made certain to slow the group down a few times until I was safely within range. For this I was truly grateful! I kept reminding myself this was a “high speed” tour that I picked!

We continued the tour and made a few amazing stops along the way. We stopped by to see a ship wreck, learned about the protected fish zones, and also had a chance to feed them some bread and watch them get super excited! A few of us on the tour went in and joined them for a swim! Afterwards, we rode a little further, learned about the islands sea turtles, and saw the worlds smallest drawbridge! It was time to head back.

At this point, I felt like a pro. A few gentle reminders from our awesome tour guide, that speed will help to control the jet ski, I sped out with confidence and didn’t lag behind at all! Gabe and his crew were great pre and post the tour! I highly recommend K.S. WaterSports team for their humor, kindness and dedication! I had a great first experience with jet skiing and I would definitely try it again!...
