The Ferry was on time so be ready! You can either buy a trip token or a day pass. The trip to St Georges was $9 round trip. Buy them at the air conditioned gazebo at the boat dock. Its a nice ride on top. Nice views along the way. Great chance to take a good picture of your ship! Note that the prices of things are the same wherever you go (as far as i noticed) so might as well shop near the ship.

All public transportation uses the same passes and tokens, or you can pay as you go. Tokens will save you $ and are available at the nearby Bermuda Tourist Welcome Center. NOTE FOR TOKEN USERS: Don’t forget to request your transfer slip from the crew if you plan to continue your journey via bus.

We arrived at this port off season and it was a great time getting on the ferry and off the ferry. We were able to exit within a few minutes of the boat docking and opening the doors for the passengers to get off.

We arrived with a cruise ship. The ferry was our way into the less touristy parts of the island (though I'd say it is mostly touristy....just less jam packed with cruise ship travellers). Paid cash when vetting on the boat to Hamilton....bought tokens then next day for our visit to St. George's. In retrospect, we might have been better off with a pass. Make sure to arrive early because the lines are long and sometimes the captain leaves a few...

The Ferry stop itself is genius. But first I ask where to buy a ticket and was told on the ferry. So far so good on the way back the unfriendly guy told me to buy a ticket on the counter ok But the worsted at all was his attitude when. I mention it was so confused he run behind me and say I can let you off the boat if I want and you get your money back. What the hell is he thinking he is to handle...
