This review is specific to the doorman experience if you are coming here for the nightlife. If I could give this guy ZERO STARS I would. I think Snorkel Park Beach has a lot of potential. The setup is really nice, and it’s a very short and easy walk if you’re in port on a cruise. I was extremely excited to visit because one of my absolute favorite DJs in the world was performing, and I couldn’t wait for the night ahead. What I didn’t anticipate was being met at the door with one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. For a moment, I wasn’t sure if I was in Bermuda or standing outside one of the hardest clubs to get into back when I lived in New York City. The person working the door was unbelievably unkind and unwelcoming. He had no idea who was DJing that night, couldn’t answer a single question, and made me feel completely unwanted as a guest. I almost turned around and left right then and there. The only reason I stayed was because I came specifically to see this DJ - if it hadn’t been for that, I would have 100% left without walking in, even while standing there with cash and credit cards ready to pay. It was almost as though they didn’t want our business. While the venue itself has potential, I will not be returning while our ship is in port overnight. My favorite DJ was only performing last night, so there’s no reason for me to go back to a place where I had such an awful experience at the door. The way customers are treated at the entrance matters, and in this case, it ruined what should have been an incredible night. I think what's tough, is that I'm on this cruise with A HUGE GROUP OF PEOPLE who would have loved to all experience this venue today together given it's beautiful and sunny out. Nope. We're going somewhere else. I'll never be back here.

So this is a hard review. It is in a good location about 300 m from the cruise ship dock went in thinking it was going to be $15 apiece that’s fair but then anything you want after that like allowance chair and stuff like that. The lounge chair is $25 each. And more if you want an umbrella. It was irritating that the guy coming around challenged us on the deck chair. We got one and we’re eating lunch. And we told him that we had paid for it and he said how do I know that? Fortunately, we kept the receipt. They seem to have Wristbands for most of the stuff but either the lady forgot to put one on or there isn’t one. It’s our first time to the beach at this place. My daughter was picking up glass and no it is not from the glass beach 400 m down the way. I don’t think the glass beach has twist off tops. We had the wahoo food. Nuggets and fish. They weren’t bad fast food type of thing, but there was lots of fish inside the nugget so it wasn’t all bread. Overall would maybe go again. Only because of the location. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get to it. It is cool having the fort nearby. I got a picture of the cannon in the background on the fortress wall.

After reading the reviews I thought my bf and I could as well try this beach out. Other people mentioned the pricey entrance but I wasn’t expecting it to be THAT pricey! Sorry, you can’t charge 100$ for two beds and an umbrella even if there’s a couple of inflatables for children on the beach. And if so, make sure the beds are not crusty and falling apart, make sure each beds couple is not on top of each other like we’re not customers but sardines. The beach is nice but nothing special compared to the rest of the island. There’s a bar and amenities but expect them to be as overpriced as the entrance fee. The bar menu is just burger and fries, chicken wings and fries, chicken tenders and fries, hot dog and fries so don’t expect it to offer a good variety or any healthy options. Also don’t expect to snorkel anywhere around here cause there’s nothing to see underwater. Gave two stars because there’s free Wi-Fi. Oh and in case you read about the all inclusive with drinks and snorkel gear, that’ll be 159$.

1 star, 0 stars if i could!!! This was by far the most humiliating, racially charged experience I've ever had while traveling. Snorkel Park Beach turned what should’ve been a peaceful, relaxing beach day into an absolute nightmare. We were lounging—just like everyone else—when a Romanian beach boy (his own words) approached our group, demanding we get off the lounge chairs because we didn’t have the right wristband and said we “hadn’t paid.” But here’s the thing: no one around us had paid / had the right wristbands either. All the staff said was “they don’t listen”…. Dozens of tourists, all non-Black, were using the chairs freely without being bothered. He walked right past them—smiling, chatting, even assisting some with their umbrellas. Yet he zeroed in on us, a group of Black travelers, and treated us like we were criminals trespassing on private property. The staff repeatedly asked us to causing a public scene that was clearly intended to humiliate us. It was blatant racial profiling. There’s no way around it. We were targeted for one reason only: because we were Black. And as if that weren’t enough, we asked to speak to the manager—Terry—and he was completely useless. Terry stood there, watched the situation unfold, and did absolutely nothing to deescalate or address the discrimination we were facing. He didn’t apologize, didn’t hold his staff accountable, and showed no concern for how upset we were. In fact, he looked more annoyed that we were speaking up than disturbed by what had happened. His inaction spoke volumes. This was not a misunderstanding. This was not a miscommunication. This was a clear, deliberate act of discrimination enabled by a manager who didn’t care enough to intervene. The lack of accountability from both staff and management was appalling. If you are Black or a person of color, do not go here. You are not safe from targeted, racist treatment. And worst of all, no one in charge will do a thing about it.

Snorkel Park Beach should be ashamed of how they treat paying guests. Until they overhaul their staff, train their team on basic decency, and remove people like that Romanian beach boy “John” and Terry from positions of power, this place deserves zero support from...

I signed up to jet ski with my son last week. I was told by that tour guide that we would feed the fish, see turtles, a shipwreck, the tip of the Bermuda Triangle and possibly cliff jump. We had 4 girls with us 5at had never been on jet skis before. My son was driving our and had been out earlier that day so he was asked to stay in the rear and let the tour guide help the girls%. So we did as we were asked. After about 10 minutes of us staying behind and never going more than 7 miles an hour my son passed the girls and was told to go back to the rear of the line. The girls never got the knack of the skis and never went fast enough for us to go full throttle or even partial throttle. The only thing we had time to do was to jump off a cliff. No turtles, no beach, no feeding the fish, no shipwreck and no Bermuda Triangle. So basically we got nothing that this tour described. When I asked at the desk if I casked ups get a partial refund they refused and the tour guide said because my son had gone earlier in the day he thought we didn’t need to do the full tour. Not sure what that had to do with anything because we had gone with a different company in the morning and I didn’t go. This tour was for me and I as totally disappointed and even more upset when the office would not budge on a partial refund. I will let everyone who asks me about my experience and not to do jet skiing here. Even more ironic Inhad paid to get isn’t the park and had paid this company for my son and I to go paddle boarding. Spent quite a bit of money there and would have spent more if I had not had this experience. My advice, book with the company right at the wharf near where the ship docks. They were amazing and required their drivers to keep up with the others or they would...
