From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The entire team was attentive and professional, making sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. But Clarisse — wow — she went above and beyond in every possible way.

She was like a one-woman hospitality powerhouse: handing out drinks and delicious snacks with perfect timing, offering interesting and insightful commentary about the stunning sights around us, and even playing the role of onboard photographer! Thanks to her, we now have the most beautiful photos of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain in the background, bathed in the golden hues of the setting sun.

Clarisse was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, sharing fascinating stories and facts in a way that was never dry or scripted — just engaging and genuine. Her kindness, sweet demeanor, and effortless charm made every interaction feel special. She remembered everyone’s names, made sure no one missed a great photo op, and treated us like old friends.

Clarisse reached out the morning of the tour with clear directions on how to find the marina and the crew, which made everything stress-free.

She introduced us to the crew, including Kassia and Captain Hugo, and made sure we all felt like part of the group from the very beginning. The boat itself was comfortable and perfect for a relaxing day on the water. The weather was beautiful, the drinks were delicious, the snacks were a nice touch, and the vibe was fun and easygoing. The other guests were friendly, and we had such great conversations throughout the trip.

I booked this trip very last-minute and, as it turned out, I was the only guest that day, but what an absolutely magical experience it turned out to be. Clarisse and Captain Gabriel went so far above and beyond to make it special. It was actually my birthday, and they were unbelievably accommodating, kind, and warm. I felt like I was spending time with friends, while also being in the hands of true professionals. The energy on the boat was joyful and relaxed, and I had the best time seeing Rio from the ocean. The views were breathtaking, but what truly made the day unforgettable was the heart and presence Clarisse and Gabriel brought.
