I came to this restaurant to get something to eat because I saw it was rated high. I don't know why cuz the place does not look as good as the pictures.
I still decide to give it a try after being dropped off by the Moto I walk in to see myself was not greeted by anyone. I figured that's how it works.
After sitting there for over 10 minutes about, a gentleman walks over shows me the menu and the QR code I needed to scan. I look at the menu for about 10 minutes translating everything and seeing what I want. I literally watch no one acknowledge me besides the one waiter that worked outside that came in to give me a menu and show me the QR code. Then I watch their Sushi cook going to the restroom and come out with dry hands. I just got up and walked away.
You have to be very careful with sushi and it has to be prepared and chilled in the proper manner and served in the proper manner. I came from America to visit for Carnival week and this is one of my least happy experiences here. The rest of the trip has been pretty great. I planned on giving a great tip, I wanted some good service amd food but that's something they missed out on. Em primeiro lugar, a rotatividade de atendentes é surpreendente: os funcionários parecem estar sempre de mau humor, quase a ponto de demonstrar hostilidade ao receber um pedido.
Cheguei, sentei e, após cerca de 20 minutos, fui atendida de forma claramente desmotivada. Informei todos os itens desejados (a garçonete anotou em um papel e frisou várias vezes que não entendia nada de japonês e que não poderia tirar as minhas dúvidas) mas ok, após 50 minutos de espera, apenas uma das sete opções solicitadas foi servida. Quando questionei o dono do sushi gloria pela demora, ele orientou a garçonete a recolher novamente o pedido, pois tudo que eu escolhi há 50 minutos atrás simplesmente não havia sido SEQUER preparado. ME RECUSEI a repetir os pedidos, desisti do rodízio, paguei o que foi servido(um sushi) e saí, decidida a NUNCA mais voltar. Moro na região e posso afirmar: toda vez que me permito ir ao Sushi Glória, saio extremamente insatisfeita. Não compensa...
NÃO percam o tempo de vocês. Cada avaliação que tem aqui é feita, até de forma bastante educada, pra expor o que realmente acontece.
Comentário extra: os funcionários discutem com o dono no meio de todos!! Ao presenciar, senti vergonha alheia de tds que estavam ali....
