I don't think so they deserved even 1 star... last week we purchased bulk tiles and paid it cash (i will not mention the price) but it was a huge project for our church renovation.... i was in high hopes that they will give us exactly what we ordered. Their service for delivery is between 5-7 days.... so with our own initiatve, we decided to just get it and hired trucks to get it from Guarulhos.. i was so disappointed when i noticed it wasn't the right material! How could their incompetence exist on this kind of important project... we paid them cash, we took the material, yet they gave the wrong materials without asking or telling us. And we did not received an official receipt as well.. now we have to go back again and deal and talk with the people in the store . What a waste of time... we supposed to start our project now because our time is limited and we are beating the timeframe, but they caused a lot of delays!!!... i've been through a lot of construction materials stores around the world but their service was the poorest among all... very...

NEVER ORDER things here for later pick up or delivery! I ordered two faucets (because they didn’t have the type at the store), and they told me it would arrive in 20 days (which I thought was super long, but I wasn’t in a rush). cheguei ate essa loja, e esta sendo a maior decepção da minha vida, estou arrumando problemas para mim, pois a entrega do material que comprei ate hoje não recebi , ligo na loja,e uma falta de respeito com o cliente, ligo em guarulhos na transportadora, da mesma forma, um joga para o outro, uma falta de comprometimento com o trabalho, você fica sendo jogada pra todo lado, na sexta feira, fiquei o dia todo esperando esse material, liguei duas vezes, e nem assim entregaram o material, avisei que no outro dia, que era sábado, que tinha compromisso, e ficaria ate as 9 horas, para receber a minha compra, isso fiquei ate as 14:40 horas, e não apareceram, novamente entrei em contato, e comuniquei que ficaria em casa na segunda feira 08/04 19, e ate as 10 horas, e mesmo assim agora são 13: 45 minutos, e já cansei de ligar, estou cansada, pois os funcionários não tem comprometimento com o trabalho, tenho meus compromissos, isto porque falei com uma pessoa, que ate tentou arrumar todo esse erro, mais acredito que o erro foi meu, de não procurar, boas qualidades de lojas para comprar, muito obrigada, trabalho com publico, amo pessoas, sempre pronta a ajudar, e resolver, acredito que exista, educação continuada, em boas instituições. para desenvolvimento, de um...
